How do I Pay for your service?

We Accept Cash, Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card.

Additionally, if you choose to pay Visa or Mastercard upon Invoice, You can earn Qantas Frequent Flyer Points.

How long will the service take?

Depending on what the service is, it usually takes no longer than an hour.

What if you can't fix the problem on-site?

On occasion, some repairs cannot be made on-site. In these incidents, with your consent, we will take the hardware offsite, repair and return to you as soon as possible.

Do you service Businesses as well as Homes?

Yes, Absolutely. We can even troubleshoot networks that weren't configured by us.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes, Absolutely. If we can't fix the problem you are having then, you pay nothing. Additionally, if you experience any issues after we've been to visit that are a direct consequence of what we've done, then we will come back out to you at no cost and fix.

Do you charge a callout fee?

No. All extras including travel costs are included in the consultation fee.

Can you visit my home if I have a Dog?

Yes, of course. In fact, Tek Doctor loves pets of all shapes and sizes.

Are you Certified to work on Apple Devices?

Yes, Tek Doctor is an Apple Certified Mac Techician (ACMT) and Apple Certified iOS Technician (ACiT).
